Our refund policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately you wont be illegible for a refund.

If you aren’t happy with the results, return the remainder of the product for a no questions asked refund. If you purchased or received more than one product, you will need to send the other product, unused, unopened and in the same condition you received them in, in order to be illegible for a refund. All returns must be sent by post office to our P.O Box.

To protect ourselves from fraud, the guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of a product, and redeemable up to 30 days after you have received the product.
