Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R89. For orders over R400 we offer free delivery.
We accept two forms of payment
Bank transfer directly into our bank account (internet banking, cellphone banking or deposit at an ATM)
Credit card via Payfast.co.za. Paying with credit card is 100% safe and secure, you will be redirected to payfast.co.za to complete the payment. All your credit card information that you enter is encrypted and no one will ever see your credit card details.
Orders where payment is received before 11am on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, orders where payment is received after 11am or on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days depending on where you live. However, some locations can take up to 5 working days for delivery.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number in order to track the delivery of your package.
After your have completed your order, you will get an email from us with information regarding what you have ordered. Once your payment has cleared, we will process and get your order ready to be sent with our courier partner. After your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with the tracking number.
